Typically, in under 10 minutes, Neva ties together news about the Olympics, Pride, Mental Health Awareness, Cancer fundraisers, or even the tv show phenomenon Squid Game to medicine and psychology, making each episode relatable, informational, and easy to listen to.

Geared towards listeners of all ages and backgrounds, the podcast was recommended as a client resource by a mental health counseling center in 2021.
