Death From Above puts you on the front lines of the Ukrainian defense whilst supporting local charities

Death from Above is an exciting new arcade-style game that takes aerial drone warfare to a new level. This easy-to-pick-up drone warfare experience puts players in the boots of a Ukrainian military drone operator defending their homeland against Russian invaders. The game is almost ready for launch, but project creators have recently added a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter, seeking extra backing to support Ukrainian artists by bringing their work to the title. Generous pledges from the online community have been flooding in – but reinforcements are always welcome!

“Our game takes place during a serious and tragic real-life event, but we hope it can also give players a way to contribute to the Ukrainian cause whilst enjoying a classic pick-up-and-play tactical experience.” Said Hendrik Lesser, CEO and founder of publisher Lesser Evil.

“Upon the release of this game, we will donate 30% of our net proceeds from Steam sales to Ukrainian charities, a figure we’ll increase to 70% after we break even,” he added.

The Kickstarter Campaign will let backers become a part of this project by making pledges at various levels for exclusive backer rewards. Still, hurry – the project is already 60% of the way to its EUR 25,000 total!

More details are available on the Kickstarter campaign page for the project.
