Ecom Education Co-Founder Jeffrey Schipper happily travels the world, sharing his expertise with others, but it wasn’t always like that. Schipper eventually met Maik Biemans, a co-worker who would become his best friend. Biemans had experience managing webshops and dropshipping to make sales. Inspired by his friend, Schipper decided to take a risk and quit his studies to delve into dropshipping full-time.
“In my first month, I made 10,000 euros in turnover and 100,000 in the second month,” Schipper said. “In my first year, I made over two million euros in profit.”

At one point, Schipper had more than 30 active webshops and employed a team of 25 people. He has been traveling for the past several years, experiencing different parts of the world while sharing his valuable e-commerce knowledge alongside Biemans.
After noticing others were selling instructional courses and making substantial money, Schipper presented the idea to Biemans, who had shared his expertise without compensation until then. The pair decided to make it official in February of 2022 when they founded Ecom Education. Since then, they have coached thousands of people to start and scale their businesses.
“Anyone can make money with an online webshop,” Schipper said. “You can launch your own webshop, find products, and make your first sales within two weeks. All this without purchasing products yourself, arranging shipping, or having programming knowledge.”
